Osondu is the Lead Counsel at Mandel Solicitors. He heads the Corporate and Commercial, and Dispute Resolution practice Teams of the firm.
He has experience working on high-value transactions for clients such as commercial banks, technology, telecommunication and shipping companies. He has advised many FinTech companies on regulatory compliance, corporate governance and due diligence in commercial transactions. He also advised a German company on debt recovery matter in Nigeria and led the dispute resolution team in the successful recovery of the debt sum of €814,127.54 through debt recovery and enforcement actions initiated in court.
Osondu also acted as legal adviser to a group of employees on employment disputes relating to termination of employment and non-payment of compensation for injuries sustained in the course of working for the construction company. He also led the team that advised on layoff of employees of a Nigerian tech company and ensured that it complied strictly with local laws.
