Ezra is a Senior Associate and a vital part of our Corporate & Commercial, Dispute Resolution, Startups and Data Protection Teams.

He is an experienced Solicitor who has advised and acted for clients which include technology and manufacturing companies in high value transactions. He regularly advises clients on company formation and set up, share acquisition and sale, foreign investments, regulatory compliance issues, employment issues, etc. He regularly provides legal support to clients to ensure they avoid pitfalls in their transactions. He negotiates, prepares and reviews commercial, contractual, employment and other transactional agreements for clients.

Ezra has strong passion for Dispute Resolution and he is regarded by colleagues as a “core litigator” with passion for representing clients in court actions and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). He is highly regarded in the Nigerian legal industry with his firebrand approach to providing client with legal solutions. He has successfully represented clients in prosecuting and defending multi-million Naira legal claims and demands arising from breach of contracts and termination of employments among others.
