Adeyemi is an Associate in our Corporate & Commercial, Sports, Insolvency and Debt Recovery teams. He is also an integral part of our Dispute Resolution and Taxation teams.
Adeyemi loves to provide solutions and add values to client through the provision of accurate legal advice on diverse issues that clients may require solutions. He regularly advises clients in the financial services sector on regulatory compliance issues, contracts and interfaces with regulatory agencies on their behalf. He is experienced and assists clients in the negotiation and preparation of commercial, lending, investment and other transactional agreements. He is also instrumental to the recovery of debt for clients through concerted litigation strategies and efforts at superior courts in prosecuting or defending legal actions or enforcing court’s judgement.
Adeyemi also assists clients in the registration of their products with NAFDAC in Nigeria. His experience in registering products with NAFDAC includes the registration of chemicals, food products, mosquito nets, imported whiskey, etc. He is well read and enjoys having intellectual communications with colleagues who regard him as savvy.
